DELIVERY
As of today we are able to accept and ship orders in EU and USA only. Shipment to the USA available with a minimum purchase of 70USD. We are working to start shipping in other countries soon, so stay tuned!
Delivery times
- Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number by email.
- Orders are processed within 3 working days; for clothing items it can take up to 5-6 working days.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Our domestic shipments (Italy) are handled through several couriers, so average shipping times are between 24/48h for the mainland and up to 72h for the islands.
For international orders, the average shipping time within the EU is around 5-9 working days, depending on the destination.
Shipments outside the EU will be subject to customs clearance times in the destination country. - We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping times are all estimates and we cannot guarantee that an order will arrive within a specific time frame. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Note: If an address error is made at the time of purchase, it cannot be changed. In this case, you will have to contact your local parcel service and make the change. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to errors in the delivery address.
