15-day guarantee
All our products have a 15-day guarantee from the date of receipt of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a refund (less shipping costs, if applicable).
Return/refund requests: If for any reason you don't like what you have received or if you want to exchange the item, you must first return the product (shipping costs at your charge) to the address provided, within the 15-day guarantee period.
You must contact our Customer Service Department directly at customercare@winxclubshop.com explaining in the e-mail the reason of your request and attaching evidence where necessary.
Refund will be made as soon as the order is returned to our warehouse, and it will be made in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase.
The cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
Packages returned to sender or refused: Packages returned to sender or refused will be replaced or refunded (less shipping costs, if applicable) in the original form of payment.
Damaged/defective items: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you should contact our Customer Service Department at our e-mail address customercare@winxclubshop.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to discuss and resolve the problem.
Please note: Products purchased with promotions or discount codes (Black Friday discounts, Christmas discounts, etc.) cannot be returned with a refund request, as these are final sales.
Lost or stolen orders: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items whose delivery has been confirmed by the courier. It will be at our sole discretion to return products that you claim not to have received, after making the necessary enquiries.
