What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal methods. For your protection, we check orders for potential fraud. Please make sure that the billing address matches the payment method to avoid delays in processing your order.
Can I pay on delivery?
We are sorry, but we don't currently accept the cash on delivery as a method of payment.
When will the order amount be charged to my credit card?
All credit card payments are initially authorised and only later processed. The amount is usually debited when the order is prepared (dispatched), but this depends mainly on your bank.
Is my payment safe?
Sure! Payment is fully protected by the world's largest authentication systems. In addition, all information entered for the purchase will comply with the processing of personal data in full compliance with privacy regulations. The site complies with all anti-spam and anti-virus checks. Navigation is completely safe.
How can I track my order?
When your order is ready for shipment and has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the respective tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment directly on the courier's website.
Important: it usually takes 12/24 hours for the tracking number to be visible on the courier's website.
How can I check the status if my order?
You can check the status of your order at any time by accessing the "Orders" section after logging in to your account at the top right of the site. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

Can I make changes to my order?
Our order processing and dispatch systems are designed to get orders through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, neither you nor our customer service team can change it. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service department via the "Contact Us" section of the site for assistance.
Discounts & Promotions
Can discount codes be combined?
When redeeming promotional, discount or coupon codes during checkout, please note that only one promotional code can be used per order. Kindly note that our codes may have an expiry date.
Do orders with promotion, discount, or coupon codes qualifies for free shipments?
Yes, as long as the total amount of the order net of discounts reaches the free shipping threshold and your shipping address is in Italy.
For which orders do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for the following orders, if they don't include fragile products:
- domestic orders with shipping in Italy for a total amount of EUR 70.00 net of discounts.
- international orders with shipping within the EU for a total amount of EUR 100.00 net of discounts;
- international orders shipping to USA reaching a total amount of 170,00 USD net of discounts.
Please note that if you add a fragile product (such as Action Figures) to your purchase, a fixed fee will be added in any case.
I forgot to add a coupon code to my order while check-out, can I add this discount to my order after it has been placed?
We’re sorry but discount codes can't be added once the order is finalised. In the future, please be sure to always add the discount code when asked to avoid disappointment.
If you are looking to use a current coupon code, follow the entire purchase process to add the discount code and proceed to check-out.
