As of today we are able to accept and ship orders in EU, UK and USA. 

Delivery times

• Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation number by email.
• Orders are processed within 3 working days; for clothing items it can take up to 5-6 working days.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Our domestic shipments (Italy) are handled through several couriers, so average shipping times are between 24/48h for the mainland and up to 72h for the islands.
  For international orders, the average shipping time within the EU is around 5-9 working days, depending on the destination.
• We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping times are all estimates and we cannot guarantee that an order will arrive within a specific time frame. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address to ensure successful delivery.

Taxes and duties

If you’re placing an order from outside the EU, please be aware that your package may be subject to additional customs charges upon arrival in your Country. These can include import taxes, duties, and handling fees. Our shipping rates do not include any of these potential extra costs. As customs policies and charges vary by Country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering to understand any fees that might apply.

Should you refuse to pay the required customs fees, your package will be sent back to us. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds. We are unable to predict customs processing times or exact fees, and delays may occur as your parcel clears customs. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, we suggest reaching out to your customs office to check whether the package is being held for fee payment.

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Note: If an address error is made at the time of purchase, it cannot be changed. In this case, you will have to contact your local parcel service and make the change. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to errors in the delivery address.
